Technotherm manufactures both firetube and watertube boilers to cool sulfur plant tail gases which generally range from 750 to 1300 degree F. Superheaters can be provided along with economizers for additional heat recovery. For relatively clean gas, water tube boilers are designed to make use of extended tube surfaces.
